Facebook Chat Box ‑ Chatbot supports live chat between you and your customers through Facebook Messenger messaging platform.


To set up Facebook Chat Box ‑ Chatbot, you need to finish settings below:


I. Overview


To app can start to work, you need to turn on 2 things


  • App status is ON as the default
  • App embed 


To turn on app embed, you need to follow steps below:


- Open Overview and find the bell on the right side

- Click the bell to open your theme


- After you click the bell, a popup will appear

- Click Enable/Disable button


- Click the Enable/Disable button to open your theme 

- Turn on the Facebook Chat Embed

- Click Save button to save app embed



- Turn back to the dashboard to set up other features


II. Account


NOTE: Make sure that your Facebook Fanpage or Business Page has been activated and published. You must have a Facebook Fanpage account or Business Page that you are an administrator.


Its form is https://www.facebook.com/yourpage/




Connect to a Facebook Fanpage or Business Page that you are an administrator 


- Click "Connect Account" to start.




- A Facebook popup will appear to request access to your account. Click "Continue as........" to move on to the next step.        

                                                                                       


- Click "Select a Facebook page" to choose one of your pages. 




- After you choose your page, click "Connect" to confirm.




- Then you have a page connected



III. Conversation Starter


1. Live Chat


- Turn on the feature


- You can also change some formats such as Show on desktop, Show on mobile, Language, Chat Icon Position, Greeting Message, Icon On Chat Box or Custom Colors on the dashboard.


- Click “Save” to save your process.

- Setup Chat Box



- You can customize Chat Icon Position 


 - Customize Icon Size




- You can edit the text of Greeting Message. If you don't want chat popup show automatically, you can customize it.




- Set up Response Time


- Change the color of chat icon 



 

- Click Save button, then you see the feature

2. Subscribe Popup


- You need to turn on the feature 


- This feature used a discount code to stimulate customers to subscribe. You need to have a discount code before using Subscribe Popup.


- Set up text in the Subscribe Popup. You set up Text Editor

- Set up Design Setting

- Set up Subscribe Message, Display options, and Position of Subscribe Popup. You see a preview on the left side of the dashboard.


- Click Save to save settings





- Click Save button, then you see the feature


3. Message Now


- You need to turn on the feature and click Edit button if you want to customize it.


- Set up text in the Message Now. You set up Text Editor


- Set up Design Setting

- Set up Started Message and Display options. You see preview in the right side of dashboard.


- Click Save to save settings


- Click Save button, then you see the feature

IV. Auto Message


1Abandoned Cart Messages


- You need to turn on the feature and click Edit button if you want to customize it.


- Set up the structure of Abandoned Cart Messages. You can disable or enable Message 1, List of Products, or Message 2 and edit them as well.

- Set up Quick Reply buttons and Payment Delay Time

- Click Save button, then you see the feature


2. Order Confirmation Message


- You need to turn on the feature and click Edit button if you want to customize it.



- Set up the structure of Order Confirmation Message. You can disable or enable Message 1, Order Receipt, or Message 2 and edit messages as well.

- Set up Quick Reply buttons

- Click Save button, then you see the feature


3. Set up Chatbot - Smart Reply


- Set up Welcome Message and Chatbot button


- Set up Autoresponder Keywords


- Set up Keyword, Content Condition and Reply Message


- Set up Persistent Menu



+ You choose Button and name of button. Type a name



+ Set up if when customers click the button, they go to a website or see a message. 


+ If you choose Open website, you continue to fill up the box Web URL with a link





+ If you choose Reply with message, you continue to enter a message in the box Reply message





+ Click Add to add that menu



+ Click Add menu button to create another menu. You only can create more main menus.



+ After changing some information, click Save button




+ To delete a menu, you use the third button in the row.




+ After set up everything, click Save button to save all your settings, then you see the feature

V. Marketing Campaign


- Set up a Marketing Campaign



- Set up Campaign Name, Message 1, select Products and Message 2


- Set up Quick Reply buttons and Schedule to start the campaign


- After set up everything, click Save button to save all your settings
