Autoketing Product Reviews  not only shows reviews but also sends emails to customers to notify them that their review is approved or the store owner replies to their review.

The app provides an efficient email service. It will improve customer service.


There're 3 types of email campaigns:

- Email for new reviews

- Email for new comments

- Ask for a review for a fulfilled order




1. Email for new reviews


- You can send emails to customers who leave a review. Every time your customer leaves a confirmed review, a thank you email will automatically be sent to them.


- You can enable or disable Email for new reviews campaign

- Click the campaign to see its content


- Change time to send email, sender email address, sender's name, subject and reply-to email address 

NOTE:


You have to use our email address. The email has been verified, so you can send mail in bulk and limit your mail to spam or advertising.



- Our app provides default email content.



- You can customize the content by the setting panel on the right.


- Click Save button to save settings



2. Email for new comments campaign 


- Whenever you reply to a customer comment on the website, an email notification is sent to them. The idea of this is to let customers understand that their comments have received feedback from you and that you really appreciate each customer review. 

- You can disable or enable the campaign


- Click the campaign to see its content


- Change time to send email, sender email address, sender's name, subject and reply-to email address

3. Ask for a review for a fulfilled order

- The system will update detailed information about the number of email sent, email opened, used email
