Set Up Autoketing Product Reviews Step By Step : Autoketing Help Center

Autoketing Product Reviews is an application that allows shop owners to manage the review system on their website in the smartest and most convenient way. Shop owners can allow the display of reviews they want or not allow negative reviews to be displayed on their website.

To help you set up our app successfully, we will provide step-by-step instructions.

Please follow the steps to finish the settings.

Step 1: Set up Display Settings

You can turn off or turn on the app with App Status.

1. Review Section

You will have to enter text for:

- Title Review

- Title Top Review

- Write A Review button

- Singular Format Title

- Plural Format Title

- Filter and Sort By

- Confirmed and more

- Thank You popup

All settings will show in Preview on the right screen. You can see settings immediately. Click Full Preview to see all on a larger screen.

- Set up Auto Publish Review. This feature allows you to publish reviews automatically without approval. You can show automatically reviews with 5 stars, 4 stars, 3 stars...

You also can select None to disable this feature. It won't publish automatically reviews. You must publish manually.

- Click Save button to save settings of Review Section

2. Style & Theme

Customize everything about design

- Layout: There're 3 types Grid, List and Carousel to select

- Text Color: Enter color code or click circle icon to select one color in the pallete

- Background Color

- Section Color

- Rating Icon: Choose a type of icon and its color.

- Write A Review Button: Choose a shape and its color

- Reaction Icon

- Country flag

- Verified badge

- Date

- Format To Write A Review

- Click here if you need to change text on the form

- Click Save button to save settings of Stye & Theme

3. System

- You can change the position of review section. There are 2 ways

1. Add this code in your file theme:

This way is for developers.

+ Click Custom Position.

+ Just move your mouse over the boxes that say "Select here" and choose the appropriate location, then click "Save". Note: You should choose a display position with a minimum width of 1100px to display the full review list.

If you don't like the position, you can click Clear button to remove it.

- Like/Unlike Button

- Image Review: Customers can upload images while reviewing.

- Review On Location: When this feature is turned on, customers can see review from their country first.

- Hide zero-star reviews or show alternative reviews for products that don't have reviews

- Review Filters

- Number Of Reviews Per Page: Drag and drop to select the numer

- Information Of Shop Owner Email Author Name

- Click Save button to save settings of System

Step 2: Set up Manage Review

I. Import review

If you have reviews in other review apps or platforms, you can import them to Shopify store. You need to create a CSV file to import reviews.

You can import reviews for one product or many products.

II. Approve review

There are 3 filters for reviews: pending review, approved review and hidden review

1. Pending review

- Pending reviews are reviews that are waiting to be approved. After you approve them, they will display in your store.

- This will be the page to manage all reviews that do not meet the requirements that shop owners set up. For example, store owners set that all customer reviews of 4 stars or more will be automatically displayed, so 3-star reviews will appear in this area to be approved or deleted by store owners.

- Click Approve button to approve a review

- If you want to remove a review, please click Delete icon.

2. Approved review

- Approved reviews are reviews that have been approved and are showing in your store.

- You can click Hidden button to hide any reviews

- Delete approved review

3. Hidden review

- Hidden reviews are reviews that have been removed from the store.

- You can click Show button to display a review again in the store.

- Delete reviews

Export Review button is used to export a file of all reviews in your store.

Step 3: Popup Review

1. Popups for Buyer

Show a review popup to customers who have purchased the product to invite them to leave the review for that purchased product.

2. Popups for User

Show a review popup to customers who haven't made a purchase on highly rated products that other customers are interested in to invite them to view and discuss reviews.

Step 4: Customer Say

1. Set up in Theme

- Open your Shopify admin setting

- Click Online Store

- Click Theme

- Click Customize button to enter Theme setting

- Choose Homepage to show Customers Say section

- You also can choose other pages to show the section

- Click Add Section to see the list of available sections

You will see Autoketing Customer Say in the list

- Click to select Autoketing Customer Say section

- You will see the page like the screenshot below

- Click turn back

- Autoketing Customer Say section is added successfully

- You can move Autoketing Customer Say section with the drag-and-drop button

- You can move the section and see how it displays in the preview on the right

- After selecting a position for the section, click Save button to save changes

2. Set up in the dashboard

- Open the app dashboard

- Enter Customers Say settings

- Turn on the feature

- Click Select Review List to select 3 reviews

- Write text on the Title Section

- Choose color for details including Title Section, Background, Text, Author Text and Email Text.

- You can show or hide Author and Email

- Click Save to save changes

Then you will have your Autoketing Customers Say section will show on your store.

Step 5: Set up Email Campaign

There're 3 types of email campaign:

- Email for new reviews

- Email for new comments

- Ask for a review for a fulfilled order

1. Email for new reviews

- You can send emails to customers who leave a review. Every time your customer leaves a confirmed review, a thank you email will automatically be sent to them.

- You can enable or disable Email for new reviews campaign

- Click the campaign to see its content

- Change time to send email, sender email address, sender's name, subject and reply-to email address

NOTE:

* You have to use our email address. The email has been verified, so you can send mail in bulk and limit your mail to spam or advertising.

- Our app provides default email content.

- You can customize the content by the setting panel on the right.

- Click Save button to save settings

2. Email for new comments campaign

- Whenever you reply to a customer comment on the website, an email notification is sent to them. The idea of this is to let customers understand that their comments have received feedback from you and that you really appreciate each customer review.
