After you optimize Alt image and Filename, you need to check if it works properly. To see results, please try following steps.
1. Check Image Alt Optimization
1. 1 Check on storefront
Go to a page and click the right mouse button.
Click Inspect
Look for alt to check
1.2 Check on Admin
Find the product in the Products section and click it
In Media, click the picture
You will see its Alt
2. Check Image Filename
Go to product page and click right mouse button
Choose Save image as
You will see filename
You can check Image Alt and Filename after you optimize them.
