Facebook has updated and released the guest mode. This means that customers can chat with you without log-in Messenger.
If you want to hide guest mode, please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Go to Settings of your page
Step 2: Go to Messaging
Step 3: Find Add Messenger to your website
Click Next button
Step 4: You will see Guest Mode Status
Click to turn it off
Finish your process to add Messenger and save settings
